Matcha Green Tea Pancakes Recipe (Gluten-Free and High-Protein)

- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (Low-fat, or your preference)
- 1/2 cup Oats (Gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder

- 3 tablespoons Butter or Ghee
You can freeze cooked pancakes for up to 2 months.
