Bulgogi Recipe – Korean Barbecue Beef

Ingredients
- 2lb Thin slices of Rib-Eye Steak
- 3 tablespoons White Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼Medium Yellow Onion (Slice into medium moon shaped slivers)
- 2 Green Onions (Finely slice into small pieces)
- ¼Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 pinches Black Pepper
Optional
- ¼Ginger (Finely minced)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl except the beef and onions. | |

Once the sugar has dissolved, add beef and onion slices to the bowl and massage the marinade with your hands into each slice of beef. | |

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. | |

To pan fry, place a few slices of beef in single layers and completely flat on a hot oiled frying pan and fry each side until brown and crispy on both sides. | |

Serve over white rice and enjoy! |
